What we collect
We collect the email address you sign up with, the restaurant data you enter or import (ingredients, recipes, purchases/invoices, sales), and the photos you upload of invoices and recipes. If you connect Toast, we store the credentials you provide to read your sales data.
How we use it
Your data is used only to provide the app — costing recipes, tracking inventory, reconciling sales, and extracting text from photos you upload. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Railway (hosting), and Anthropic (to read text from invoice and recipe photos you choose to import). Photos and text you submit for import are processed by Anthropic solely to return the extracted data and are not used to train models.
Camera & photos
The app requests camera and photo-library access only when you choose to add a photo of an invoice or recipe. Photos are stored with your account so you can review them later.
Deleting your data
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account inside the app. This removes your login and the data of any restaurant where you are the only member.
